IT Release Manager ||
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required:
•       2-5 years of experience as an IT Release Manger, IT Project Manager, or IT Analyst with experience in Scrum, Quality Assurance, Release Mgmt, Change Mgmt, or Release Engineering.

SKILLS
Minimum Required:
•       Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to deliver clear messages across the organization. Understands need to adjust verbiage and syntax for different audiences.

•       Experience in leading and managing activities on cross-functional and cross-organizational projects. Able to absorb and apply new technical and business information.

•       Ability to partner, build relationships, and influence decisions. Works to build a productive, collaborative and reciprocal working relationship with business and technical partners.

•       Possesses time management skills, is resourceful, detail oriented, and methodical.  Able to create and track project plans, release road maps & calendars. Able to lead discussions regarding project decisions, change of plans, and readiness on a daily basis.

•       Accepts ownership and takes initiative. Takes accountability for desired outcomes. Pursues alternate paths as appropriate to break through obstacles.

•       Role specific experience and technologies, preferred.
